Design Engineer

Desired Skills and Functional Experience:

• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, product prototyping and having worked on tools/softwares like Autocad, IMOS.
• Experience of having worked directly with panel-based factories/manufacturing partners.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts.
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
• Experience in Modular Furniture Industry or Interior Furnishing.
• High Levels of Ownership and Drive.
