- Working out design specifications for parts/itemsfind out design issue identification & resolve, prepare budgeting for a designdesigning and checking the npd parts findout sourcing product requirements by communicating with clientsdrawing up plans & give npd parts schedule to production dept.prepare feasibility report of npd parts & submit it to customer with samples collection of customer feedback of npd parts ,if ok give schedule for pilot batch productionsubmission of pilot batch samples to customer with ppap from qa.handover of npd parts to production after ppap approval from customer.prepare final costing sheet/qtn , get it ok from customer confirmation of po received from customer, get it approved from superior & handover it to production team
