- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, both with new and existing clients.
Digital Marketing Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Ability to create tailored digital marketing strategies for real estate clients to boost visibility and sales.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM platforms.
Relationship Management:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in managing key accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance data, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Experience in interpreting digital marketing metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with digital marketing best practices specific to real estate, including lead nurturing, property listing platforms, and targeted advertising for different buyer demographics.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and emerging trends.
Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing, Google Ads, or social media marketing are preferred.
