Head Strategy & Program Analysis

Role & responsibilities

- Program Scaling & Business Strategy: Develop strategic plans to scale and enhance Deshpande Skillings programs effectively.

- Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth research to understand beneficiary needs and study industry best practices for continuous improvement of the programs.

Quality Assurance: Establish and implement holistic quality control systems for skill development programs to ensure impactful learning and outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Analytical strategist with experience in business planning, market research, and program evaluation.

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- Fluency in English; basic Hindi required; Kannada is a plus.

- Ability to work across departments.

Qualification:

- Must have an MBA from a reputed top rated institute or an equivalent degree.

- 4-7 years of experience; in NGOs or development sector will be a plus.

- Prior experience in EdTech sector would be a plus.
