Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on designing user-centric interfaces for client projects and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver creative, impactful designs. While business presentation design is not mandatory, experience in it would be considered a bonus. Key Responsibilities:

1. User Interface (UI) Design:

• Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications tailored to client needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations.

2. User Experience (UX) Design:

• Conduct user research and gather requirements from clients to create user-centric designs.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflows to guide design decisions.
• Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experiences.

3. Client Collaboration:

• Work on client projects to understand their requirements, business goals, and target audience.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure the final designs meet their expectations.
• Present design concepts, gather feedback, and make revisions as needed.

4. Logo and Branding Design:

• Conceptualize and create unique, impactful logos that align with the clients brand identity.
• Develop branding materials, ensuring consistency in tone and style.

5. Business Presentation Design (Optional):

• Design professional, visually engaging business presentations (optional but good to have).
• Use tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote to create polished materials when needed.

6. Innovation and Trend Awareness:

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Suggest creative ideas and improvements to enhance design quality and user engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a UI/UX design role with a portfolio showcasing successful projects, including client projects and logo designs.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user research.
• Client Interaction: Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored designs.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
• Optional Skills: Familiarity with business presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) is a plus but not mandatory.
