Your Mission:

Data Collection Analysis: Gather, clean, and process data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, external) for detailed analysis.

Data Migration ETL Development: Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to manage data across multiple systems using IBM Infosphere DataStage and other tools.

Project Leadership: Lead projects through all phases of the SDLC, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, and implementation.

Data Visualization: Create data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI to present findings and insights to stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and decision-makers to meet business needs and ensure successful project outcomes.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance business processes.

Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage resources to meet project deadlines.

Process Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to improve system performance and customer satisfaction.

Testing Documentation: Prepare and review requirements documents, test cases, and system documentation to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.

Required Skills Experience

Data Analysis: Proficiency in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.

ETL Data Warehousing: Extensive experience in designing and implementing ETL processes using IBM Infosphere DataStage, SQL, and database tools.

Data Visualization: Experience in building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data and system-related challenges.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet both operational and business requirements.
