Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 7-10 years of experience in the Real Estate/ Construction industry to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to drive our organization's growth and success. Experience

7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in the Real Estate / Construction industry.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's manpower needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop job descriptions accordingly.
  • Utilize various channels for sourcing top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with the hiring team to facilitate the selection process.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align talent acquisition strategies with overall HR goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track performance and optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Behavioural Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to talent acquisition.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Technical Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices in the Real Estate / Construction industry.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Skills

  1. Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the Real Estate industry.
  2. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies.
  3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
