Job Description

Collaborate with operations teams and analytics delivery teams to identify, design, and implement internal analytics solutions that drive business performance and decision-making.
Work with vertical leadership to build and execute the required internal analytical solutions and dashboards.
Lead the end-to-end management of analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of actionable insights.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with data engineers, BI developers and data scientists other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of analytics initiatives, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal analytics needs, providing guidance and support to various teams in understanding and utilizing analytics tools and methodologies.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all internal analytics projects, implementing best practices in data governance and quality assurance.
Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in analytics, recommending and adopting new tools and techniques that enhance the organization s analytical capabilities.
Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources to meet deadlines and business needs.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization, advocating for the use of analytics in strategic planning and operations.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide clear, concise, and accurate information to stakeholders across the organization.

You d describe yourself as:

6-8 years of experience in the field of analytics, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful analytics projects.
bachelors degree in IT and along with masters in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field
Strong understanding of data analytics methodologies, tools, and techniques, including data visualization, statistical analysis.
Experience working closely with operations teams to develop and implement analytics solutions that address business challenges.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within scope.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in data governance, data quality assurance, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across analytics projects.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
Experience in a similar role with pre-sales, sales and after sales services verticals, with a deep understanding of the unique analytics needs and challenges of such operations
