Job Description
Role and Responsibilities :
- Handle entire Plant HR function from on-boarding to employee separation.
- Responsible for Campus Hiring (i.e Graduate Engineer and Diploma Engineers hiring)
- Facilitates process of candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; background check; and candidate on-boarding details
- Play a critical role in the on-boarding and assimilation of new hires at the Plant into company culture, policies, processes etc. by driving initiatives in engagement.
- Actively participates in recruitment campaign, walk-in; Campus relations programs, ensure creation of candidate pipeline
- Partner with the line managers to identify and address performance concerns on a continuous basis.
- Managing staff wellness initiatives
- Manage Employee lifecycle data and actions on Oracle HCM
- Facilitate Training Need Analysis with Functional Heads for the overall training plan at site.
- Design functional training for the Business Unit.
- Participate in scheduling, monitoring, and evaluation of training programs.
- Facilitate competency mapping for the BU
- Implementation of Human Resources programs and policies including induction, training, transfers, confirmations, appraisals, and policy clarification.
- Deploy initiatives in relation to employee engagement, capability building and wellness.
- Statutory Compliance Management. Handling entire HR compliance for office & factories pertaining to the Plant.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: MHRM or MBA-HR from a reputed university or Institute. Preference will be given to application having BE/B.Tech qualification with 5-8 years of relevant working expousre in manufacturing industries.
