Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day city operations through respective category managers.

- Strategic projects targeting specific micro-markets / cities.

- Collaboration with central teams with secondary ownership of solutioning and primary ownership of city level execution.

- Customer and driver partner experience (E.g.. order fulfillment, city walk-in).

- P&L of associated cities including Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Pune, Kolkata.

Base: Bengaluru, willingness to travel extensively.

Skill:

- Founder's mindset with curiosity, bias for action and ownership for all aspects of the city / region.

- Operating with width + depth.

- Collaboration - advocating for and representing the cities / region across the organization.

- Team management - people, process, prioritization.

- Narrative building combining qualitative and quantitative insights.
