e) Compliances monitoring and reviewing

f) Legal and contractual compliances

g) Compliance related trainings / awareness creation.

h) creating compliance culture in the organisation.

DGM - Compliances in a Microfinance NBFC is responsible for managing the overall compliance framework, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements, and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. They must balance strategic oversight with hands-on management, ensuring both risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
