Role & responsibilities

Job description

• Ensuring Stock Exchange, SEBI compliances and providing support to Company Secretary.
• Assistance in conducting Board and General meetings
• Handling Investor complaints and grievances.
• Monitor Related Party Transactions.
• Handling Joint Ventures, FEMA Compliances, liaising in connection with the same.
• Preparation of Board Meeting Minutes, Annual General Meeting Minutes and EGM minutes
• Preparation of Annual Reports of group Companies, Annual Filing of Forms, Annual Returns and filing of other forms in consultation with the HOD.
• Appearing before the civil courts with respect any legal proceedings not limiting to trade marks/copy rights etc
• Providing all required information to the statutory auditors/ finance / legal /marketing / planning /services and other departments of the group to have smooth function of the organization.
• Assisting in incorporation of entities/ conversion of entities.
• Coordination with various authorities like NSDL, CDSL, RTA, ROC, External Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Secretarial and Cost Auditors.
• Other related works assigned by the Company Secretary from time to time.
