4) Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and analyzing the progress of key initiatives based on strategic, financial and operational metrics and be accountable for reporting and rectifying deficiencies observed.
5) Accountable for providing inputs for strategic decision making within the organization.
6) Assisting the Chairman in developing and implementing strategies for the organization.
