Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Manager - Payroll

Location: Chhaterpur, Delhi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Payroll to oversee our payroll processes and ensure accurate compensation for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, and the ability to communicate effectively with both employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage employee working hours through daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets.
Accurately process timesheets to calculate employee work hours.
Calculate employee benefits and deductions, including taxes and National Insurance.
Prepare compensation checks using payroll software.
Generate payroll reports and distribute payment statements to employees.
Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
Enter new employee and client data into the company database.
Stay updated with HMRC rules and legislation related to payroll.
Update payroll software with changes related to HMRC regulations.
Review payroll reports regularly before submission to clients.
Communicate with clients to resolve any payroll-related queries.
