Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team at Waldent [Vasa Denticity Pvt. Ltd.]. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and supportive management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order statuses, returns and exchanges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding policies, procedures, and products.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and their concerns addressed.
• Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service or domestic call centre role.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and experience with customer service software or CRM tools.

• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to assist customers.

• Prior experience in Customer Care Team is a plus.
