Analyst/Senior Analyst - Recruitment Coordinator

Skills and Experience

You will have:

Graduate in any discipline.

Not more than 4 years of experience in recruitment operations and coordination.

Hands on in intermediate excel.

Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing organizational context.

Collaborative approach

Strong communicator (Written and Verbal).

It would be great if you have:

Experience in Financial Services, FinTech.

Exposure to candidate/cv screening.

Exposure of using of Applicant Tracking Systems like Recruitee, Hirecraft, Taleo Etc.
