Skills Required:-
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of sales management experience in the IT or system integration industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience working with Lenovo or similar technology partners is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as required.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the IT or system integration industry, preferably with experience in partnership with Lenovo HP. This role requires strategic vision, leadership, and the ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and monitor performance against goals.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage Lenovo, HP products and services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Partnership Management:
  • Collaborate with Lenovo, HP and other technology partners to leverage resources, programs, and support.
  • Stay informed about the latest OEM products, solutions, and market trends.
  • Ensure alignment of sales strategies with Lenovo partnership objectives.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and services.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Sales Operations and Reporting:
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Implement and manage sales tools, CRM systems, and processes to optimize efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
