Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Good Knowledge about Mechanical components such as Sheet metal, Plastic, Castings, Rubber, Packings Etc.
- Problem solving skills such as 8D, QC Tools, Core tools (PFMEA, CP, MSA, SPC Etc)
- Expert in PPAP, APQP & Internal Audit
- Vendor development, Trainings & Vendor audits
- Knowledge & Projects on VA/VE (Value Added / Value Engineering)
- Good Knowledge in Power point, Excel, SAP Etc
- Ability to handle multiple commodities in such a way that Inspection & Problem analysis
- Knowledge about mechanical testings such as Salt Spray, CMM, Oven test Etc.
Preferred candidate profile
5-10 years of relevant experience with B.E/B.Tech - ME / ECE / EEE / EI
Certifications - IATF 16949, VDA6.3
