AIoT FAE Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Focus on the industrial automation filed such as electronic assembly, precision machining, injection molding, semiconductor

2. Understanding the AIoT(edgebox and machinbox) product series and to be the first technical contact windows in India.

3. Quickly site survey and help sales/product team to understanding the end client technical requirement, also provide Support in the product to reach India region, deliver and released to the end client

4. Help to deploy the program and technical support on the end side.

5. Familiar with the software development with code (Java, .NET, C#, JavaScript, Go).

6. Customization development via low code tool.

7.. Testing and deploying programs and applications.

8. Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software.

9. Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance.

10. Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products.

11. Creating the technical document to guide and support the end client
