Area Sales Manager

Role Overview:

As an Area Sales Manager at Delphi Infotech, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales

initiatives, primarily focusing on our cybersecurity and IT products, which include:

• Email Security
• Data Loss Prevention
• Data Backup
• VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing)
• Endpoint Protection
• Other SAAS Products

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing the sales process from lead
  generation to closure.
• Expand market presence by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and collaborate with the marketing team on
  targeted campaigns.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of
  customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical support and product
  development, to meet customer needs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they are motivated and aligned
  with company goals.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager, preferably in the IT or
  cybersecurity sector.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or any relevant field.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding market presence.
• Familiarity with IT-level decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and CEOs.
