About the Role :

We're seeking a visionary leader to drive Delphi's Digital Transformation initiatives, overseeing AI-driven solutions, custom app development, and cloud technologies.

Ideal candidates bring a strong technical background, proven leadership in complex projects, and experience in consulting or Microsoft partner organizations.

What You'll Do :

- Lead the Technical Team : Manage and mentor a high-performing technical team, ensuring the successful execution of complex digital transformation projects.

- End-to-End Technical Leadership : Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from technical design and architecture to deployment, ensuring solutions meet client objectives, quality standards, and timelines.

- Drive Technical Innovation : Stay ahead of technological trends and implement innovative solutions using AI, custom web & mobile app development, and Microsoft technologies like SharePoint, .NET, and Power Apps.

- Technical Execution : Provide hands-on technical leadership in the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications, guiding the team through technical challenges.

- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to align on project goals and ensure technical excellence across all deliverables.

- Client-Focused Delivery : Ensure that solutions are tailored to client needs, optimizing efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

- Mentor and Develop Talent : Provide technical guidance and career development to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

- Strong Technical Leadership : 14+ years of hands-on experience in technical leadership role, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver complex digital transformation projects.

- In-Depth Technical Expertise : Expertise across Microsoft technologies, AI-driven solutions, custom web & mobile app development, and cloud computing (especially Microsoft Azure).

- Experience with Full Tech Stack : Deep understanding of application architecture, development, cloud solutions, DevOps, and security protocols.

- Proven Experience in Leading Teams : Ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration and successful outcomes.

- Client-Facing Technical Skills : Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment of project goals.

- Agile and DevOps Methodologies : Extensive experience with Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery.

- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Expertise : Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver solutions under pressure.
