Delphi - Modern Workplace Security & Compliance Specialist (5-15 yrs)

Job Overview :

Delphi Consulting Middle East is seeking a Modern Workplace Security Compliance Specialist to join our growing team.

This role is essential to ensuring the security, compliance, and optimization of our clients' modern workplace environments.

As a specialist in advanced security solutions, you will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge tools such as Microsoft Defender for Server, Cloud Apps, Intune, and Entra Identity to manage, monitor, and enhance enterprise security frameworks.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in security compliance and provide guidance to clients, ensuring their systems are protected and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft Defender for Server to safeguard critical infrastructure.

- Administer and optimize Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps to protect cloud environments, securing access and data.

- Manage and configure Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM), ensuring compliance with security policies.

- Utilize Entra Identity for identity and access management, ensuring secure and seamless authentication across cloud and on-premises environments.

- Lead security and compliance assessments, providing recommendations for mitigating risks and improving overall security posture.

- Collaborate with internal and client teams to integrate security controls, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e., GDPR, ISO 27001).

- Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and remediation for security-related incidents and compliance gaps.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends in cybersecurity, compliance requirements, and new features in Microsoft security technologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Server, Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Intune, and Entra Identity.

- Strong understanding of cloud security, endpoint management, and identity management solutions.

- Expertise in security best practices, compliance regulations, and risk management frameworks.

- Proven experience in a consulting or client-facing role, working with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions.

- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Security Engineer or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are highly preferred.
