Your work profile

In our Accounting and Reporting Assurance (ARA) Team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Accounting and reporting in multi-GAAP environment: Hands on experience of accounting and reporting under IND AS/IFRS/US GAAP, including understanding of GAAP differences and SEBI LODR requirements
Hands on experience on closing process, process improvisation, process streamlining, budgeting/forecasting etc.
Experience of business combination, consolidation, revenue recognition, financial instrument, ESOP etc.
You must demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and keep up to date with new pronouncements relating to Ind AS/ IFRS/ US GAAP/Companies Act 2013/ SEBI LODR
Experience on IPO related projects and deal reporting will be an added advantage
Experience in and willingness to conduct trainings and deliver technical articles / publications
Exposure to ERP like SAP/ S4 HANA/ Oracle Netsuite/ MS Dynamics/Power BI/Tableau/ Visualization tools etc

Desired qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) /Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with post qualification experience of 5 - 14 years for different level (Manager, Senior Manager, Director)
Should have ability to connect with senior stakeholders and possess business developments skill
Should be a team player with a proactive and results oriented approach.
Must have ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
Should have good presentation & communication skills.
Should be well versed with MS Excel and handling volume of data.
They must have ability to present point of view/ findings using MS power point/ report writing tools.

Location and way of working.

Base location: Bangalore
This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.

Salary and perks are the best thing anyone like about Deloitte. If you're a fresher and want to in auditing field, Deloitte is the best place for you. You'll learn a lot here.

Dislikes

As I mentioned, join if you're a fresher. If you've some years of experience, don't join. Mark my words, people who started their career here are the survivors. Rest are just struggling with their life due to salary and perks. If you're joining here from some other firm, people will make you feel like you don't know anything.
