Experience Requirements:

• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 1 years in Oracle CX Cloud technologies and solutions.
• Implementation Experience: Hands-on involvement in at least one end-to-end implementation cycle or project.
• Preferred Qualifications: BE, BTech, MCA or equivalent. Other relevant qualifications with substantial experience may be considered.
• Location : Chennai.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

1. System Design and Implementation:

• Role: Contribute to the full lifecycle of CRM and service solution implementations.
• Methodology: Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage and execute project sprints effectively.

2. Functional Expertise:

• Oracle Fusion Sales & Service : In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Sales & Service (B2B), including modules such as PRM (Partner Relationship Management) and CDM (Customer Data Management).
• Additional Product Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in at least one additional product such as CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Field Service, B2C Service, Intelligent Advisor, Marketing Cloud, or Subscription.

3. Technical Proficiency:

• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Application & Page Composer and Groovy scripting.
• Experience with VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) and Redwood.
• Ability to configure and develop OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports, infolets, and dashboards.
• Proficient in integration techniques such as REST APIs and data migration tools.
• Develops custom reports using custom subject area and link it with Service
• Experience in Migrating data using File based loaders / migration tool
• BIP Reports
• Digital Customer Service (DCS)
• Proficiency in migrating Oracle CRM configurations and data from a lower instance (e.g., Development/Test) to a higher instance (e.g., UAT or Production)

5. Additional Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Data Quality: Address ad hoc reporting requests and uphold data quality standards.
