Job Description

As an Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager in our Talent-Technology Team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership:
Assist in defining the product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and manage the product backlog, including creating and prioritizing user stories and requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that product features meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
Business Analysis:
Gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Perform market research and competitive analysis to support product development and strategic planning.
Identify and analyze business problems and opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including customers, business units, and development teams.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on project goals.
Address and resolve stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Support:
Support project planning and management activities, including tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development of project documentation, including requirements specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Process Improvement:
Continuously assess and improve product management and business analysis processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative approaches to the role.
Support the adoption of agile methodologies and best practices within the team.
