Conducting surveys - rolling out the survey, follow up, analysis of survey; preparing reports; presentation.
Monitoring and compliance of the entire program for geographies under India
Preparing presentation on the program to be given to governing bodies
Analysis of ethics data and preparing reports
Awareness of ethics program using innovative methods
Qualification, experience, and competencies required:
Master s degree in human resources / MBA
Overall experience 5+ years (preferred experience in PMO role)
Excellent drafting and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools (excel, word and power point presentation)
Ability to network, manage ambiguity and appreciate different viewpoints
Passion to build relationships and collaborate
