Work you'll do:
The key job responsibilities will be to:
Lead and drive growth and development of a future ready USI practice and cater to our existing and futuristic business needs.
- Work with senior management stakeholders to define and implement overall future state philosophy and capabilities for the clients' programs
- Design and develop strategies and programs for large and complex organizations
- Define and implement governance models, organizational transformations
- Review clients' strengths and weaknesses in the context of business environment, goals and objectives. Develop prioritized recommendations based on gaps and clients' priorities and constraints
- Assist clients in developing remediation plans and roadmaps that enable them to perform financial and resource planning for their programs
- Assist in the selection and tailoring of management approaches, methods and tools to support delivery of services - Assist in identifying and managing risks and opportunities associated with information management and develop strategic plans to address the identified risks.
- Participate in project management activities such as leading status calls, risk and issue management, escalations, invoicing, etc.
- Provide periodic updates about status of work assigned to the project manager
- Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo
- Facilitate use of Deloitte tools and methodologies to review, design and/or implement Deloitte services
- Identify opportunities to improve operational excellence
- Support project managers in sales pursuits and proposals and assist in building practice eminence
- Participate in and actively support mentoring relationships within practice
- Strongly contribute to the overall client relationship, including focus on delivery excellence (primary USI focus)
- Sponsor, champion and mentor development of leadership pipeline.
- Use leadership skills to mentor, counsel, motivate, develop and retain professionals
- Collaborate with Talent leads in staffing, recruiting and overall management of Talent priorities
Required skills:
- At least 10+ years of relevant information technology, information security and/or Cyber Security experience.
- Proven relationship management skills and experience establishing rapport, trust and confidence with key stakeholders
- Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proven unique industry experience/s that aid in providing differentiated services to our clients or proven deep expertise in the area/s of finance/ technology/ operations/ talent/ clients and markets/ alliances and ecosystems that help bolster our services to our clients
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global multi-stakeholder team environment
- Open to travel based on business requirements
- Experience in driving practice transformations (scaling, cost/profitability improvements and leadership development)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent inter-personal skills
Preferred skills:
- Previous Technology /Security Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred.
- Depth of experience and knowledge in cloud platform , Cyber Security
- Ability to develop compelling proposals for client to clearly articulate and drive conversation.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.
- Experience with engaging C-Level executives and developing cyber risk strategies to address broad security issues.
- Experience with leading multiple distributed teams across different geographies.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree is required. Ideally in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology.
