Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and schedule candidates for various roles across different industries.
  
• Negotiate salaries and other benefits with selected candidates.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidate fitment against client requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or related field (IT/Non-IT Staffing).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interview scheduling and negotiation.
