Responsibilities

• Create and maintain program level environments plan for core applications.
• Lead environment – project plan across by collaborating with multiple core application teams.
• Create and manage deployment process for new program changes in addition to sustainment.
• Work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
• Manage clients, complex projects, drive business requirement gathering, manage scope and client expectations.
• Provide inputs to create Agile user stories based on marketing business requirements – Manage Kanban board and stay on top of changes that are going through the different stages (including new ones to be added in the pipeline)
• Provide support during E2E technical functionality assessment through Validation Testing phases (SIT, UAT)
• First level review of changes/defects that are added to the pipeline. Responsible for keeping track of changes in flight and manage pipeline.

Qualifications and Required Skills

Educational Background

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related discipline. An advanced degree (e.g., MS) is preferred but not required. Experience is the most relevant factor.

Experience

• 6+ years Industry experience, in developing and architecture of software platforms, products.

Required

 Effectively manage and optimize SAP and non-SAP integrations, a comprehensive understanding of various SAP modules and non-SAP technologies is essential.  

 Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with various application teams. 

• Experience working with SAFe, Scrum or Agile development processes.
• Prior experience in leading architecture activities like designing, roadmap, & proof-of-concepts and managing deployments
• Ability to lead multiple customers, complex projects, and multiple initiatives.
• Prior experience in e- commerce, EDI, B2B architectures
• Prior experience in web-based mobile technologies like Microsoft .Net, ASP.NET Web API and complementary business layer and front-end technologies like AngularJs, ReactJs, NodeJS, Xamarin etc.,
• Prior experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Oracle etc.,
