Job Description
- Design and implement conversational AI solutions using hyperscaler/low code platforms such as Kore AI, Google DIalogflow, AWS Lex, MS Botframework or similar platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, conversational designers, and software developers.
- Highly proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Node.js etc
- Deep expertise in integrating Conversational Applications with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
- Strong working experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), bot performance Optimization and NLP tuning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, large language models, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members in the field of generative AI and large language models.
Requirements
Bachelors/master s degree in engineering/science with 2-10 years relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Python/node.js programming and experience with conversational AI frameworks such as Kore, AWS Lex, Google Dialogflow etc
- Experience working with large language models such as GPT-3, GPT-4, Azure Open AI, Google Vertex, LLAMA or similar models
- Proven track record of developing and implementing generative AI models for text, image, or other data types.
- Familiarity with transfer learning and pre-training techniques for large language models.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop and optimize prompts for various natural language processing tasks using few-shot, one-shot, and zero-shot learning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
