Job Description
- Cloud Managed Services (L2 Support):
- Monitor and manage cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, applications, and services in public, private, or hybrid cloud environments.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Deploy updates, patches, and configuration changes as required.
- Automate routine tasks and processes using scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- 2. IT Service Management (ITSM):
- Implement and maintain ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and service request management.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Maintain accurate documentation, including CMDB (Configuration Management Database) updates and technical guides.
- Collaborate with Level 1 teams to streamline escalations and improve incident resolution
- 3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication:
- Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Provide status updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on operational metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in the onboarding of new services and transitioning projects to operations
- 4. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend improvements to cloud architecture and operational processes.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role providing L2 cloud support.
- Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
