Asst. Admin Manager
Location: Della Luxury Products, Lonavala
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin Manager to oversee and manage the entire administrative operations of our factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across multiple facets, including security, manpower planning, office and worker accommodation housekeeping, attendance monitoring, and addressing staff accommodation concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
o Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and policies.
o Implement and monitor processes for efficient factory administration.
2. Security Management:
o Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure the safety of the factory premises, employees, and assets.
o Conduct regular security audits and address any gaps or vulnerabilities.
3. Manpower Planning:
o Collaborate with relevant departments to forecast and plan workforce requirements.
o Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained and liaise with HR for recruitment needs.
4. Housekeeping Supervision:
o Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in office spaces, worker blocks, and staff accommodations.
o Monitor housekeeping staff performance and address issues promptly.
5. Attendance Management:
o Monitor and maintain employee attendance records through established systems.
o Address discrepancies and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
6. Staff Accommodation Management:
o Oversee staff housing facilities, ensuring they meet company standards.
o Resolve any issues related to accommodation allocation, maintenance, or employee grievances.
7. Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies in all areas of administrative operations.
o Prepare and present regular reports on operational metrics, security, housekeeping, and other administrative functions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using administrative and attendance management software.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
Previous experience managing factory or industrial operations is advantageous.
