Job Title: Head Concierge
Function: Front Office

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head Concierge to lead our concierge team and ensure exceptional guest experiences at Della Adventure and Resorts. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills, extensive knowledge of local attractions and services, and a passion for delivering unparalleled hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Services:
o Oversee the concierge desk operations, ensuring prompt, efficient, and personalized service to all guests.
o Handle VIP guests, special requests, and unique needs with discretion and professionalism.
o Assist guests with travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, ticket bookings, and activity recommendations.
2. Team Leadership:
o Train, mentor, and supervise the concierge team to uphold the highest standards of service.
o Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and service improvements.
3. Knowledge Expertise:
o Maintain in-depth knowledge of the resort s facilities, services, and promotions.
o Stay updated on local attractions, events, and dining options to make informed recommendations.
o Cultivate relationships with local vendors and service providers to enhance guest offerings.
4. Operational Excellence:
o Monitor and manage concierge activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SOPs.
o Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
o Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences.
5. Reporting Administration:
o Prepare daily and monthly reports on concierge activities, guest feedback, and team performance.
o Manage the concierge budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Head Concierge or similar role in a luxury resort or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge of local attractions, events, and hospitality trends.
Proficiency in handling guest inquiries, problem-solving, and multitasking.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with excellent grooming standards.
