Role & responsibilities:

1. Guest Relations & Experience Management:

• Ensure top-tier guest handling and satisfaction for individuals and corporate clients.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly with professionalism.
• Build strong relationships with high-profile clients and corporate partners.

2. Sales & Marketing Support:

• Partner with sales and marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
• Represent Della Resorts and Della Townships at events, conferences, and networking platforms.

3. Public Relations & Brand Management:

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with media outlets and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute impactful PR campaigns to boost brand recognition.
• Oversee press releases, media communications, and social media strategies.

4. Operational Coordination:

• Liaise with departments to ensure smooth operations and consistency in guest experience.
• Train and guide guest-facing staff to uphold the brands luxury standards.
• Contribute to creating personalized, memorable guest experiences.
