Role & Responsibilities:
1. Nationwide Sales Strategy and Market Development:
- Create and implement a comprehensive pan-India sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Identify and capture opportunities in untapped markets, tailoring strategies to regional dynamics.
- Establish pricing and promotional structures for domestic and international clientele.
2. Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales managers across different regions.
- Set clear KPIs and monitor team progress against goals.
- Organize periodic training to ensure consistency in service standards across all locations.
3. Business Development and Key Partnerships:
- Cultivate relationships with high-value corporate clients, travel agents, and institutional partners.
- Drive business in the MICE sector by offering bespoke packages for corporate events and conferences.
- Represent Della Resorts at national and international hospitality exhibitions and roadshows.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor sales data using CRM tools, analyzing trends to inform decision-making.
- Prepare detailed revenue reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Preferred candidate profile:
- MBA in Sales/Marketing with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
- Proven success in leading hospitality sales teams and driving revenue.
- Strong knowledge of the MICE and adventure tourism markets.
