Aspire Systems - Delivery Manager - Oracle Fusion/Financials Modules (15-22 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced professional with over 15 years in IT, specializing in application modernization and digital transformation with Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies.

This role requires a leader who can manage complex delivery teams, engage effectively with stakeholders, and drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Leadership & Team Management :

- Spearhead a team of professionals in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

- Manage large, intricate delivery teams to ensure project success.

- Guide and mentor team members to enhance productivity and performance.

2. Oracle Fusion Cloud Expertise :

- Should have done end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Finance (minimum 3 projects).

- Ensure adherence to Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or True Cloud best practices.

- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

3. Project & Delivery Management :

- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

- Ensure alignment with CMMI / ISO processes for quality assurance.

- Track and manage project metrics & deliverables for continuous improvement.

4. Stakeholder & Client Engagement :

- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.

- Build strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.

- Handle negotiations, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations effectively.

5. Business & Commercial Acumen :

- Evaluate project risks and devise strategies for cost-effective solutions.

- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure profitability and budget adherence.

- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

6. Travel & Flexibility :

- Willing to travel for short-term and long-term assignments as required.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 15+ years of overall experience in IT, with 8+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud, application modernization, and digital transformation.

- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance Functional implementations.

- Experience in managing large-scale projects and delivery teams.

- Proficiency in CMMI / ISO processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
