About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for our Data Science & AI group. You will identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage these technologies to enhance our products and create new offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of these specific AI domains, strong product sense, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies. Deep engineering knowledge is not a prerequisite for this role but understanding of common metrics and challenges of AI interventions is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered products within Delhivery

- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new products and features leveraging these AI/ML capabilities including LLM and Gen AI based products.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of AI/ML solutions.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

- Effectively communicate product strategy and roadmap to senior leadership and other stakeholders

- Mentor and guide junior product analysts/managers

Qualification:

- Graduation from a tier-1 institute; mba preferred but not a requirement

- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI/ML products.

- 5-7 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years working with AI/ML-based products, along with exposure to GenAI/LLM applications.

- Strong understanding of AI concepts relevant to the role including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Gen AI, LLM etc

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent documentation, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
