Sr. Manager - Sales Ops

Job Description

Forecasting & Demand Planning:

• Lead volume forecasting efforts across both short-term (weekly/monthly/seasonal)

and long-term (AOP/annual) planning cycles.

• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of demand planning milestones, including detailed volume planning for various segments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that timelines for sending operational demand plans (OD plans) are based on customer input and clearly defined benchmarks.
• Manage ad-hoc capacity projects by evaluating network utilization, efficiency, and reliability, ensuring the network aligns with sales needs and customer demands.

Sales Team Support & Serviceability Management:

• Ensure right and timely serviceability is provided to top clients, contributing to appropriate volume allocation and operational efficiency.
• Manage SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and TAT (Turnaround Time) to ensure efficient and timely service updates are shared with clients based on network design and requirements.

Reports & Dashboards Automation:

• Automate and develop comprehensive reports to provide accurate, real-time visibility to key stakeholders.
• Develop Dashboards for internal stakeholders to reduce manual data analysis.
• Ensure that the reports support sales performance and operational efficiency,

enabling decision-making across the sales and operations teams.

• Reporting using - Python Scripts and Quicksight.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, client services, demand planning, or a similar function within a global business context.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, volume planning, and service level management.
• Experience with operational efficiency initiatives.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Atlan, Redash, JupyterLabs, Quicksight).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive change based on data insights.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across sales, operations, and management teams.

Skills and Competencies:

• Advanced skills in developing forecasts, ensuring operational efficiency and timely completion.
• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic initiatives and improve sales performance in key regions.
• Comfortable working with automation tools, reporting systems, and BI platform to streamline processes and improve Ops/Sales visibility.

Technical Skills:

• Strong SQL/Excel, Python, R, Quicksight, Report Automation.
• Basic AWS S3, AWS EC2, Datastructures & Presto/Trino knowledge.
