Role & responsibilities

• Counseling and preparing students for their career choices and higher education abroad.
• Effectively networking, selecting and partnering with international universities and agencies.
• Building the annual plan for students to include career development activities, workshops ensuring practical exposure and experiential learning and individual sessions for students. These sessions would aim at guiding students to choose the right subjects & or career for their future and mentor them about the steps required to excel in the same.
• Guiding students on competitive exams, scholarship tests, generating awareness about global universities and prospects.
• Helping the interested students in identifying suitable countries, universities, assisting them in the end-to-end process for application.
• Advise students in individual or group counselling sessions to address their academic, personal and social needs.
• Aptitude testing and helping students with profile building.
• Organizing for internships that align with students' skills and career goals.
• Achieving excellence in placement as DPSG MR students.
• Evaluate students on their competencies, interests and ambitions to identify suitable academic and professional pathways.
• Assist in preparatory activities, such as academic scheduling and course selection.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers and administrators to develop plans for realizing students' educational and professional goals.
• Inform students and their families about resources that may help with realizing academic and career goals, such as tutoring, mentoring and career exploration.
• Maintain confidential records about the students they assist, including assessment results, transcripts and session notes.
