Responsibilities (indicative, not limited to) :
1. Research & find universities, colleges and institutions that provide education and research opportunities to children with disadvantaged backgrounds with scholarship opportunities.
2. Provide career counseling and career development sessions for graduates and alumni.
3. Develop career services programs that will help students explore and plan career options.
4. Assist in creating career road maps for children
5. Support in defining the how of various professions and selection processes.
6. Work with students on their needs for career development.
7. Conduct training, workshops, lectures, presentations, and other events to develop career planning and employability skills for students.
8. Develop positive working relationships with faculty, administration and co-workers to achieve desired goals.
9. Coordinate with academic advisors to help students make career choices based on their academic majors.
10. Research and analyze current employment trends in various industries.
11. Maintain regular contact with potential employers for new job opportunities.
12. Educate students on resume building, interview skills, and professionalism.
13. Conduct mock interviews and job search workshops for students.
14. Conduct career awareness events and job fairs for students
15. Execute outreach programs to promote career services among students.
16. Maintain a database of student academic and employment records.

1. Job guidance & support- Support students to understand the importance of doing short-term courses to be able to support themselves & their families financially.
2. Diversity and Inclusion: Support underrepresented groups in navigating unique career challenges and accessing equal opportunities.
3. Career Transitions: Guide students and alumni who wish to shift career paths or explore second career options.
4. Networking Support: Teach students how to build and leverage professional networks effectively.
5. Soft Skills Development: Provide training on leadership, teamwork, adaptability, and communication to prepare students for workplace.
6. Digital Branding: Educate students on building a professional online presence, including LinkedIn profiles and personal portfolios.
7. Follow-Up Services: Track and support alumni progress, providing post-graduation career counseling if needed.
8. Grant and Funding Awareness: Inform students about financial aid, scholarships, and grants for further education or career development.
9. Wellness Integration: Collaborate with mental health services to address career-related stress or anxiety in students.
10. Technological Integration: Use career management platforms to streamline job searches, applications, and career planning.
Qualification - Graduation or Post Graduation in Psychology or equivalent
