Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through online ad sales and allied services.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and closing sales.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering recaps and growing the client base.
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive digital sales approach.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
- Demonstrate a "hunter" sales mentality with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Communicate complex technology and value propositions effectively.
- Utilize an established network of media contacts within digital advertising agencies and client organizations.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- In-depth knowledge of the digital sales landscape and offerings.
- Proven ability to build integrated campaigns, including sponsorships and scalable executions.
- Strong business relations with digital agencies and clients in respective markets.
- Analytical skills to use data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Expertise in digital prospecting, inventory management, solution selling, and closing sales.
- Proven success in selling digital advertising technology, mobile solutions, rich media, video, and original content sponsorships.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in business, marketing, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for polished sales presentations.
- A passion for lifestyle pop culture, music, and online marketing/networking.
- Ability to analyze sales trends, identify problems, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Strong relationships with media buyers, planners, or marketing managers at top agencies and brands
