Job Description
- Driving Annual targets for Private Label and Branded products
- Develop comprehensive business plans for the assigned area and take ownership of Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the designated node
- Drive strategic initiatives for business expansion within the designated region, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities in the Agri-Input markets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and external stakeholders, implementing customer-centric services and promotional events to enhance brand loyalty
- Drive Collection to minimize outstanding/ over dues
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Develop and execute plans to enhance market presence and increase product adoption among farmers.
- Organize and participate in farmer meetings, demonstrations, and other promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid inventory ageing or stockouts
