Finance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the company's Health care business.
  
• Oversee accounts finalization, balance sheet finalization, cash flow statement preparation, and other financial reporting requirements.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and Ind AS regulations.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks to secure financing options for business growth initiatives.
  
• Provide strategic guidance on fund raising opportunities through debt or equity instruments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in finance leadership roles within Healthcare industry setting.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Strong expertise in accounts finalisation, balance sheet finalisation, cash flow statement preparation, and related financial reporting functions.
  
• Proven track record of managing complex financial transactions such as mergers & acquisitions.
