Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Only Night shift candidates are preferred

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing their needs, answering questions, and offering solutions.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set for call handling, sales conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on Inbound Customer Service/Telecalling.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Rotational shift will be there.
• willing to do night shift
• Night shift allowances are applicable.
