Junior Manager Production Function: Production

Ensuring efficient operation by trends of critical process parameters and laboratory results at intermittent intervals & instruct/guide the panel officer and workmen on corrective action if needed.

Updation of Production Details, Raw Material materials and consumables and follow-up with stores for reservations of required raw materials and chemicals in

Ensuring no downtime in operation by coordinating with plant in charges regarding consumption pattern of raw materials and communicate to HOD regarding requirement of resources & with materials for their availability.

Coordinate with Maintenance Dept for Predictive Maintenance to enable continuous operation as per Plan.

Educational Qualifications/Total years of experience

BE / B Tech or Diploma in chemical engineering / BSC

BE / B-Tech with 3+ yrs of experience in WNA / Similar Industry Operation.

Diploma/BSC with 5+ years in Chemical Process Industry.

Technical /Functional Expertise:

Basic Knowledge of chemistry & unit operations.

Knowledge of working on PLC.

Thorough knowledge of operation of WNA / AN plants or similar chemical process plants

Knowledge of environment, safety and occupational health hazards related to plants operations.

Good analytical and troubleshooting skill.
