Position: International Sales Manager.

About this position:

- We are looking for an experienced Pesticides Export Manager to join our fast-growing international business.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of international trade, including developing new export markets, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws.

- The Export Manager will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of global trade and a keen eye for detail.

- They must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs.

- Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

- Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents, and vendors.

- Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements.

- Compare shipping contracts and freight charges.

- Coordinate with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations.

- Develop and maintain export databases, records, and reports.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

- Address customer inquiries and complaints.

- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Pesticides or Agrochemicals export business.

- Thorough knowledge of foreign trade regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent knowledge of market data and dynamics.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Location: onsite (Bhopal).

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in international agrochemicals sales.

- Sound knowledge of agrochemicals/ Pesticides.

- Able to generate Export orders on agrochemicals independently.
