French Interpreter (WFH)

Working Days: 5 days per week (including rotational shifts and nights; 2 rotational week-offs)

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English (C2), French (C1), and a good understanding of cultural dynamics and idiomatic expressions
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
• Ability to stay neutral, objective, and concentrated during conversations
• Capability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication

Responsibilities:

• Accurately interpret and convey concepts between French and English, maintaining correct grammar and tone.
• Provide detailed and accurate renditions of conversations.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with clear communication and professional demeanor.
• Manage call flow as per client instructions, avoiding direct interaction with limited English speakers without permission.
• Stay calm and professional during emergencies or difficult conversations.
• Be punctual and maintain reliable internet access.
