Job Summary:

Teach and educate students in French languages and literature at the secondary level (classes 6-10), adhering to CBSE guidelines and integrating principles of National Education Policy (NEP).

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching:

1. Deliver lectures, discussions, and activities in French languages and literature.

2. Develop and implement lesson plans, notes, and study materials aligned with NEP's competency-based progression.

3. Use multimedia and digital tools to enhance teaching.

Student Assessment:

1. Conduct periodic assessments, quizzes, and exams.

2. Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and guidance.

Curriculum Development:

1. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and update curriculum integrating NEP's recommendations.

2. Incorporate experiential learning, project-based learning, and interdisciplinary connections.

Student Guidance:

1. Provide individualized support and counseling.

2. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication.

NEP Implementation:

1. Integrate NEP's principles, such as:

- Competency-based progression
