Business Development Executive

Position Overview :

As a Business Developer, you will be at the forefront of our company, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will develop and apply effective business development strategies, primarily via online freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities on freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other marketplace.
• Develop customized targeted sales strategies.
• Create informative presentations for potential clients.
• Increase brand awareness and reputation.
• Develop strong, sustainable relationships with key clients.
• Analyze and report on competitor marketing and sales activities.
• Provide regular feedback to senior management about the marketplace and competitor activity.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from bidding, lead generation, proposal writing, client interaction, to closure.
• Respond to client inquiries and technical questions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing and sales strategies.
• Familiarity with freelance platforms for client acquisition.
• Excellent command over English and strong networking skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and competitive.
