- Must Have experience working in FinTech or NBFC.

- Head of Risk & Head of Compliance.

- Candidate will work in the risk and compliance function encompassing financial expertise, regulatory knowledge & experience, risk management skills, and a commitment to ethical standards.

- Candidate will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and mitigating risks that could impact its operations and reputation.

- Regulatory Compliance: well-versed in financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the fintech industry.

- They ensure that the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines set forth by regulatory bodies such as financial authorities and data protection agencies.

- Risk Management: assess and mitigate financial risks within the organization.

- This involves identifying potential risks, evaluating their impact on the business, and implementing strategies to manage and minimize these risks.

- They may be involved in designing internal controls and risk management frameworks.

- Internal Audit: lead and participate in internal audit processes to review the organization's operations, controls, and processes.
